Review your business financial situation
Poor fiscal management and poor planning have caused many companies to fail. Financial health is an important area to review to ensure strong cash flow, sufficient working capital, expenses in line with revenues, and sound debt and credit management.
Ask yourself these questions:
- Do you have a firm grasp of your company's financial situation?
- Can you easily get the reports you need to make timely decisions?
- Is your relationship with your lender the way you want it to be, or is it poor?
- When new opportunities arise, can your company pursue them without sacrificing ongoing projects?
A comprehensive financial evaluation includes a complete review of:
- Annual financial statements and/or tax returns for the last three years
- Current financing to determine suitability. The financing you need for growth and the best options for future financing. Ongoing credit relationships, existing loans, leases, lines of credit.
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow and financial stability
- Reports and recommendations
Once the analysis is completed, we document all results and provide a full report.
This report includes:
- Modifying, improving or eliminating any trust relationship
- New lending relationships need to be established
- New credits or credits being added, changed, increased or decreased
- Estimated time for these changes
- Assessment of whether the financial information is appropriate for the size of the company or whether changes are required.
- Recommendations on how to implement the above changes
